Major Research Project of MBA faculty approved by ICSSR

A Major Research Project titled - “Skill Assessment & Training to empower Female students of Govt. UG Colleges on Employability-A study in DK District” of Dr. Vishal Samartha, Director-MBA (Project Director) and Prof. Sushma V, Dept. of Business Administration (Co-Director) has been approved with an amount of Rs. 310000/- by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). The Project is being mentored by Dr. Manjappa S, Director-R&D.
The objective of the proposed project is to analyze the impact of the Training Interventions through Pre-Training and Post-Training Analysis. The study includes conducting Psychometric Tests and Hands-On Tests to identify the Skill Gap and design Training programmes to overcome the gap. A total of 13 UG Govt. colleges have been identified for the study. The outcome of the study should see increased employability of the graduates.
