Abhishek Pai P. and Deeksha S. Kunder, students of Computer Science & Engineering participated in an Online Colloquium on “Information Flux & Its Impact on Societal Resilience: A Cause of Conflict or Concord”.
The Colloquium was jointly organized by the Dept. of Management Studies and Dept. of Information Technology in association with IEEE Student Branch, Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)-Allahabad, during 22-23 Aug’2020.
The Colloquium aimed at providing a platform for the students, researchers and academicians to share knowledge and ideas on recent trends in the field of Technology and Management. The objective was to identify trends on how Information is making an impact on Societal Resilience.
The themes included in the Colloquium were:
1. Information Technology and its Management
2. Information Security
3. Virtual Presence and Social Distancing
4. Information Analysis, its Impact and Management
The Colloquium has helped our students benefit in the area of networking. It has helped them improve their presentation and communication skills.
