Sahyadri Digital Forensics & Cyber Security CoE gets the Nations first Composite Sketching software from Vision Metric

Mr. Peter Glen Dsa, Regional Sales Director, Signum Intelligence Ltd, visited Sahyadri Digital Forensics & Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CoE). Signum is a UK-based solutions provider in the field of Cyber Security, Information, and Telecommunications sector. During the visit, Peter, expressed how delighted he was to view the futuristic facilities established in Sahyadri campus. He also agreed to provide a license of the computerized facial sketching software worth Rs 10 Lakhs to CoE.
E2 ID -A computer facial sketch for suspect identification was developed by Vision Metric. Through this software, training can be conducted to the law enforcement agencies and allied agencies.
About E2ID

Dr. Ananth Prabhu G, Principal Investigator of CoE and Prof. Harisha Co-PI interacted with Mr. Peter during his campus visit. The Sahyadri CoE is the first centre in the nation to have this software. Very shortly, in-house training for the Law Enforcement Agencies will be conducted at the CoE.
