ECE Dept. holds their PAC Meeting

PAC Meeting of Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering was held on 26th Nov, 2021. PAC has been formed for monitoring the departmental activities and comprises of Principal, Dean Academics, representatives from Senior Professor Position of other branches, and faculty of the department who periodically monitor the departmental activities basis pre-defined parameters.
Roles and responsibilities of PAC:
• Monitoring the achievements of Program Outcomes (POs), Program Specific Outcomes (PSO), Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
• Evaluating program effectiveness and proposing necessary changes
• Preparing periodic reports on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for Management
• Motivating the faculty and students towards attending workshops, developing projects, working models, paper publications and engaging in research activities
• Interacting with students, facilitating the achievement of POs, PSOs and PEOs
• Interacting with stakeholders regarding the improvement of POs, PSOs and PEOs
Dr. Nalini Rebello, Dean-Academics while speaking during the meeting, emphasized on the need to develop publications and research work. She gave inputs on improving alumni connection and motivating students to take up higher studies. She also appreciated the faculty members for their support in taking the department to next level.
