ECE Dept. Student Project enters the Grand Finale of MANTHAN- 2021

“Real-Time Event Detection, using Visual Monitoring System for Security Enhancement” by Vikas G K, Mukesh Kumar, Shyampradeep, Kiran Kumar, Prateek A under the guidance of Prof. Chandra Singh, Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering has been shortlisted to the Grand Finale of Manthan-2021 that will be held from 8-10th December 2021 at All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
About Manthan 2021: Manthan is the India’s first of its kind hackathon focused on National security and extensive artificial intelligence usage in law enforcement agencies. Manthan is conducted by Ministry of Education’s innovation cell, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) have jointly launched the MANTHAN 2021 hackathon, a unique national initiative to identify innovative concepts and technology solutions for addressing the security challenges of the 21st century faced by the intelligence agencies.
