After the completion of engineering at Sahyadri, Vindhya was selected at Diya Systems. With her burning desire to become an Entrepreneur she pursued a course in Android. Ms. Rashmi Bhandary, Dean-Placements & Training introduced her to a great visionary of the time, Mr. Irvathur Naveen Nayak from Mangaluru. He was in the process of forming an IT Start-up in Mangaluru creating Job opportunities for local talents and also a world-class software products start-up for Banking and financial organizations.
Both founded the Company-M/S Abhimo Technologies and incorporated it on 3rd June’2020. Their office is located in Thokkottu area, which is relatively closer to their homes giving them more time to spend in office to focus on software products. After tons of effort, they got the first order to develop a software solution to Corporation Bank IT department. They appointed two freshers to start the development activity. Later, they added more workforces to the team.
Challenges kicked in during Covid-19 Pandemic. Most of the developers were freshers, they needed guidance for support and development, but all were dedicated in their work, provided good support to complete the project in time. Their first project was implemented without any delay and was highly recognized by the Bank.
Today, they have 4 Products and 2 Reputed Banks and 10 plus dedicated staff members who provide round the clock support. Their company is registered as a Start-up in India and are receiving essential support and benefits from the Government. Vindhya, through her experience suggests youngsters to acquire knowledge and stick to the same company for longer duration which is going to reward them in the future.
