Mr. Ramani Venkat, NLP Coach and Strategic Sales Consultant, facilitated the session on "Classroom to Board Room" as a part of the Induction Programme for the MBA Students of 2021-23 batch. His session started with - how to build a brand for oneself and create a positive perception. He emphasized on the importance of communication skills and having a creative mindset to be different amongst so many graduates passing out of MBA campuses. He gave prominence to activity-based learning and conducted various team building activities like memory test, strategy planning activity and communication skills. He also emphasized on the significance of Punctuality, Creative Thinking, Analytics and Aptitude which are crucial to fetch critical positions in an organization. He informed the students about the importance of networking, Upgrading as well as updating oneself to be relevant in this competitive world. He stressed on application of knowledge rather than just gaining knowledge in order to make them industry ready.
