ECE Dept. organizes a Talk on "Personality Development and Stress Management"

A talk on "Personality Development and Stress Management" facilitated by Dr. Ushadevi M B, Professor and Head Telecommunication and Engineering, JNNCE, Shimoga, was organized by Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering under the banner of IETE and IIC for the students of Third semester ECE on 22nd Feb, 2022.
Dr. Ushadevi spoke about the importance of personality development and how it helps to groom an individual in order to make a mark of his/her own and develop a positive attitude in life. She stressed on the five factors such as Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism needed to achieve success. She also spoke about Values and Attitudes, Self Esteem, Stress Management and different ways to build Self-confidence and the need for finding a right mentor. She concluded the session by quoting "Nothing can stop us to practice our Will Power".
