Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, Chairman-Bhandary Foundation, pays respect to his Teacher and Guru Dr. Karisiddappa, Vice-Chancellor, VTU, Belagavi and seeks blessings from him to discharge his duties effectively as the newly elected MLC. During his visit to VTU, he also met Dr. A Deshpande, Registrar-VTU. Mr. Bhandary was felicitated in the VTU Belagavi office by the Vice-Chancellor.
