Former Training & Development Head – TESCO, Bengaluru addresses the MBAs

Ms. Divya V Mahindra, the former Training & Development Head – TESCO, Bengaluru who is currently a Freelance Trainer visited Sahyadri and interacted with the final year MBA students on 23rd Dec, 2021. She said – “Students have a lot of potential which, with the right attitude, confidence and the support can propel them in achieving their dreams”. Her objective in life is to utilize her skill & knowledge to benefit the student community and people in need. While talking to the students, Divya narrated few cases she handled in corporate as a leader and how she solved these cases in a most professional way. She emphasized that students should gear up to the organization culture and practice professionalism right from their MBA days. She also spoke about stress management and pressure at work which can be handled in a most appropriate manner. Ms. Divya V Mahindra was the classmate of Prof. Ramesh K G, Dean-Strategic Planning and Prof. Padmanabha B, Dept. of Business Administration, which brought her to Sahyadri and meet the MBA students and faculty.
