Dean-SP invited for a Guest Talk at SDM Law College, Mangaluru

Prof. Ramesh K G, Dean-Strategic Planning was invited to deliver a Guest Talk on 'Indian Partnership Act' at SDM Law College, Mangaluru for the 3rd year law students. The talk covered topics like - Formation of Partnership, the Functioning of Partnership Firms, Rights, Duties & Liabilities of Partners to the Firm, Relationship of Partners Inter Se and with third parties and Dissolution of Partnership Firms.
The session was followed by Q&A. Prof. Ramesh K G, is an Alumni of SDM Law College, Mangaluru and he was the Fine Arts & NSS Secretary during his students life at the Institute.
