MBA Faculty and Students attend One-Day MDP on 'HR Analytics' organized by NIPM

With the Student Chapter of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) being installed at Sahyadri, several opportunities have been created for students and faculty in terms of getting exposed to the events and activities organized by NIPM.
On 31st May, 2022, NIPM organized a One-Day Management Development Program (MDP) on 'HR Analytics: A Future of HR' at St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangaluru. Prof Sushma V along with two students from MBA-HR Specialization - Ashwini Hoode and Deepthi Naik attended the MDP. As an outcome of this MDP, they are now introduced to the Data Mining Software named 'Orange' and have hands-on experience in Image Analytics and Text Analytics using the software. They have understood the practical implications of utilizing the concepts in their job as the future Human Resource Officers.
